Multiply every ingredient by 1.84 to fill the 9 x 13 inch pan to the same depth. Bake at the same temperature and start checking a few minutes early; larger pans can take a little longer.
For half an egg, beat one egg and use half by weight or volume. Fill pans no more than about two-thirds full. Bundt and tube pans aren't covered. Estimates only; test with a toothpick.
